Drawing and specification review

Gathers what was reported in the field, compares it against the programme and builds the report with variances calculated; and moves the change order along its route with a date and an owner at every step. That trail is what supports the claim when the variation is disputed.
Valuations and subcontractor payment
Cross-checks certified progress, contract and retentions, builds the valuation and sets differences aside with their reason. Fewer month-end arguments and fewer payments delayed because a document did not arrive in time.
Capacity that follows the project
Every project opens and closes, and with it its need for systems, storage and access. Capacity expands when a project starts and is released when it closes, without buying infrastructure that sits idle between jobs.
Protecting drawings and the project file
Access is granted per project and per role, so a subcontractor sees their own scope and not the whole folder. Every consultation and download is logged, which is what gets asked for when a design turns up where it should not have.
A desktop for the technical office and site
The designer opens their desktop with design applications from the office or the site cabin, with no drawing left on the machine. On site, a laptop lost or broken stops taking the work with it.
Running the project systems
The project ERP, the document manager and the scheduling tools watched continuously, with incident handling and planned maintenance. An outage in valuation week is resolved before it delays payment.
