BCP — Business Continuity Plan.

Keep your business-critical operations running, no matter what happens. We build your BCP aligned to leading practices (ISO 22301): impact analysis, continuity strategies, crisis management, and drills.

What it is
Continuity is not improvised: it is planned.

The BCP (Business Continuity Plan) is the organizational plan that ensures business-critical functions keep operating —or recover quickly— during a disruption. It spans people, processes, technology, suppliers, and facilities, going well beyond the purely technical.

Why implement it

A disruption without a plan puts the entire business at risk.

Natural disasters, cyberattacks, supplier failures, or operational crises can halt operations. The BCP defines how to keep running and protect revenue, customers, and reputation.

01

Protects revenue and operations

Keeps the critical functions that sustain the business up and running.

02

Compliance

Addresses ISO 22301 and the regulatory requirements of your industry.

03

Market confidence

Provides assurance to customers, partners, regulators, and insurers.

04

Orderly response

Roles, decisions, and crisis communication defined in advance.

05

Lower reputational impact

A professional response protects the brand at the worst possible moment.

06

End-to-end resilience

Continuity of people, processes, technology, and suppliers.

How we build it

04

Continuity strategies

We design how to sustain people, processes, technology, and suppliers.

05

Frequently asked questions

About the BCP.

What is a BCP?+
It is the Business Continuity Plan: the organizational plan that ensures critical functions keep operating during a disruption, covering people, processes, technology, suppliers, and facilities.
BCP or DRP — which do I need?+
Both, and they complement each other. The BCP is the comprehensive business continuity framework; the DRP is the technical part that recovers IT and is a component of the BCP. See also our DRP page.
Do I need to certify to ISO 22301?+
It is not mandatory, but we build it aligned to ISO 22301 so that, if you decide to certify, you already have the foundation in place. The standard is the international reference for business continuity.
How often is it updated?+
We recommend reviewing it at least once a year and after significant changes in the business, in addition to maintaining the testing and drills cycle.
Does it include drills?+
Yes. A BCP proves its value when it is exercised: we include a testing plan and crisis drills to validate the response.
Does it apply to SMBs?+
Yes. We tailor the depth to the size and maturity of the organization; even a scaled-down version delivers real resilience.
